Denso公司（株式會社電裝Denso Corporation是世界汽車零部件及系統(tǒng)的頂級供應(yīng)商）從OnFlex和Poly-One/GLS兩家TPE商家中，選擇了OnFlex的TPE用于采暖、通風(fēng)和空調(diào)（HVAC）系統(tǒng)。

在最初，日本的汽車零部件供應(yīng)商都是使用TPV的，而他們也一直在尋求一個更好的方案，能夠提高系統(tǒng)的整體性能，同時還能減少成本。而TPE達(dá)到了這樣的效果，使用它不僅不需要預(yù)干燥材料，同時還通過縮短周期時間和減少廢料，使生產(chǎn)效率提高了5％，這樣，就降低了整個系統(tǒng)的成本。

        Denso Corporation has selected OnFlex TPEs from Poly-One/GLS for use in a heating,ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC) system.

        The Japanese automotive supplier originally used a TPV and was seeking an alternative that would enhance the overall performance of the system including a reduction of costs. The TPE solution reduced total system cost by eliminating the need to pre-dry the material as well as providing more than a 5 % improvement in processing efficiencies via shortened cycle times and scrap reductions.
