即將于9月25-26日上海世博展覽館2號館舉辦的2013 MEDTEC中國展，將不僅向觀眾展示最先進的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、解決方案等，而且同期活動亮點紛呈，包括新加坡戰(zhàn)團重返展會、設置醫(yī)療設計制造3D打印應用專區(qū)等。

其中，新加坡展團此次重返展會，將由新加坡精密工程和模具協(xié)會（SPETA）(展位號：504)帶領(lǐng)包括DNIVInternational、PSB Technologies、UnivacPrecision Engineering等領(lǐng)先本土醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)公司組成。

此外，2013 MEDTEC中國展專門設立了3D打印應用專區(qū)，邀請全球領(lǐng)先的3D打印技術(shù)公司介紹他們在醫(yī)療設備制造方面的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品。其中，比利時的Materialise將展示其在生物醫(yī)學工程方面的領(lǐng)先技術(shù)。

同樣值得關(guān)注的是，Phillips Medisize作為2013 MEDTEC中國展的特別贊助商，將于展會第一天（25日）上午召開新聞發(fā)布會，宣告其進軍中國市場的戰(zhàn)略，開啟在中國的首秀。

本屆展會還將首次展示2013全球醫(yī)療設計杰出獎（MDEA）的獲獎產(chǎn)品。據(jù)悉，2013年獲獎者中包括Vitaltec Corp公司制造的Rota-Trach一次性標準氣管造口管、Tandem Diabetes Care首款針對糖尿病患者的觸摸屏胰島素泵以及柯惠醫(yī)療的無線超聲解剖設備、GORE中隔封堵器等。

Standard lead time:

Up to 10 copieswithin 10 days.

Standard accuracy:

Standard tolerancelevel ±0.3 %, with a minimum tolerance of ±0.3 mm on dimensions smaller than100mm.

Surface finish:

High surfacefinishing quality, comparable to injection moulding.

Maximum part dimensions:

The size of themould is limited by the dimensions of the vacuum chamber (1900 x 900 x 750mm)and by the volume of the product (maximum volume: 10 litres).

Minimum wall thickness:

To ensure properfilling of the mould, a wall thickness of at least 0.5mm is required. Bestresults are obtained with a wall thickness of at least 1.5mm.

Typical quantities:

Up to 25copies/mould (depending on the mould's complexity and the casting materials).

Special applications:

Inserts, 2component products.

Casting material:

Broad range ofdifferent polyurethanes that are similar to rubber, TPE, PP, ABS, PC.Colours approaching RAL-standard colours are available. See datasheets for moredetailed information.

    激光燒結(jié)laser sintering，以激光為熱源對粉末壓坯進行燒結(jié)的技術(shù)。對常規(guī)燒結(jié)爐不易完成的燒結(jié)材料，此技術(shù)有獨特的優(yōu)點。由于激光光束集中和穿透能力小，適于對小面積、薄片制品的燒結(jié)。易于將不同于基體成分的粉末或薄片壓坯燒結(jié)在一起。
    真空鑄造vacuum casting是使用通風鑄模的工藝。 熔化的金屬依靠空氣壓力流入鑄模，然后清除空氣，形成真空。 這種鑄造方法主要用于具有精巧細節(jié)的小零件或珠寶。

熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體TPU以及類似的TPE材料，在硬度25A和95A之間的TPE材料也有可能被選用做3D打印。采用激光燒結(jié)，或者真空鑄造的方式！
